The Admission Cell acts as an interface between the students and the institute, by helping the students to understand the various career options and enhance them to make the right choice. We meet with prospective students and answer queries about the institute, area of study, and opportunities for students. We provide appropriate sources for guidance on courses of study, financial aid, scholarships, or other information through counseling and school visits. Admission counseling is the first and most important step leading to a proper gateway to career counseling. Admission counselors have the latest information about the admission criteria, process etc. Making the right choice knowing the complexities and diversities in career options, courses and choices that are available to them is a mammoth task

We assist students and parents by giving comprehensive information and guidance about different courses of our institution. We provide accurate and timely information with single goal of helping the students to make the right decision as per their interest and area of expertise by providing educational counseling to them.

Activities
  • To initiate admission process every year.
  • Admission Brochure and form distribution to the candidates who wish to take admission in XIPT.
  • We discuss and finalize list of activities and action plan with the concerned authority.
  • To prepare content for advertisement Boucher, pamphlets and bulletin.
  • To update social media platform for admission related activities.
  • Provide Counseling for solving the queries of the needy students and parents.
  • To visit schools and prepare data sheet and follow them for counseling purposes.
  • Keeping records of aspiring candidates for open counseling if conducted by DHTE.
  • We participate in Education Fair to provide the authentic and comprehensive information to the needy students so that they may be in a good positions to choose best decisions among the alternatives.
