Admission Process

Basic Eligibility for Admission:

Minimum qualification for admission to the Diploma in Technical Education course at the Institute is that the candidates must have passed the Madhyamik/ 10th or equivalent examination from a recognized university. The candidates must obtain at least 35% marks in the above qualifying examination. Appearing candidates of class 10th or equivalent examination can also apply for the Jharkhand Combined Polytechnic Entrance Examinations. But they will have to qualify the exam of class 10th before the date of counselling.

Age Eligibility Criteria:

The Jharkhand Polytechnic eligibility of age criteria are mentioned here:

Age Limit : There is no lower & upper age limit to apply for the Jharkhand Combined Polytechnic Entrance Examinations. In case, candidates want to apply for the mining engineering programme of the diploma should be of minimum age of 17 years.

Admission Procedure:

The aspirants have to appear in the examination conducted by “Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board” ( JCECEB) Government of Jharkhand. After the results are declared, the candidates are called for counselling and as per the availability, the candidates are allotted to choose the courses and institute of their choices. The candidates desiring to study in XIPT should follow the following steps:

Fill up the entrance examination form for polytechnic conducted by JCECEB, Jharkhand.
Appear in the Entrance examination conducted by JCECEB, Jharkhand, separately for regular and lateral entry.
Opt for XIPT during online counselling conducted by JCECEB, Jharkhand.

Admission Through Open Counselling:

Against vacant seats, counseling is done in the institute by government representative. Candidates who fail to fill up the entrance examination form or to appear in the entrance examination are to appear in the online / offline counselling conducted by JCECEB.

Information Regarding Admission at XIPT:

There are two schemes through which one can take admission to pursue Diploma in Engineering. The eligibility criteria for these schemes are as follows:

Admission in the First year (3- year program) – 10th pass candidates.
Admission in Second year (2- year program) – I. SC. (Math’s) and ITI pass students. This scheme is also called Lateral Entry.

The candidates who wish to take admission in Diploma in Engineering through any of the schemes as mentioned above must follow the steps given below:

One must go through the Information Brochure for relevant admission schemes. (3-year and 2-year program).
Before filling up the online application form for entrance examination advertised by JCECEB. the candidate has to get registered.
Appear in the entrance exam as per the schedule.
When the result is announced, the counseling schedule is announced based on merit list through the leading newspapers. The candidates have to appear in the online counseling as per the schedule.
In the online counseling, the candidates have to mention the names of the institutes and courses/ preference branch wise based on which the seats are allotted to candidates.
As per schedule, one has to take the print of the allotment letter and report for admission to the allotted institute.
Before reporting, candidates must enquire about the requirements from the institute to complete the admission process smoothly.
Scholarships are available to the enrolled students who belong to reserved category (ST/SC/OBC) from the welfare and minority departments of the state and other sources including AICTE/Govt. of India.
The students who get admission in the institute under Tuition Fee Wavier Scheme don’t need to pay tuition fee.

प्रवेश के लिए बुनियादी पात्रता:

संस्थान में डिप्लोमा इन टेक्निकल एजुकेशन कोर्स में प्रवेश के लिए न्यूनतम योग्यता यह है कि उम्मीदवारों को किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से माध्यमिक / 10 वीं या समकक्ष परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण होना चाहिए। उम्मीदवारों को उपरोक्त योग्यता परीक्षा में कम से कम 35% अंक प्राप्त करने चाहिए। झारखंड संयुक्त पॉलिटेक्निक प्रवेश परीक्षा के लिए कक्षा 10 वीं या समकक्ष परीक्षा के उम्मीदवार भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं। लेकिन उन्हें काउंसलिंग की तारीख से पहले कक्षा 10वीं की परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करनी होगी।

आयु पात्रता मानदंड:

आयु मानदंड की झारखंड पॉलिटेक्निक पात्रता का उल्लेख यहां किया गया है:

आयु सीमा: झारखंड संयुक्त पॉलिटेक्निक प्रवेश परीक्षा के लिए आवेदन करने के लिए कोई निचली और ऊपरी आयु सीमा नहीं है। मामले में, उम्मीदवार डिप्लोमा के खनन इंजीनियरिंग कार्यक्रम के लिए आवेदन करना चाहते हैं, न्यूनतम आयु 17 वर्ष होनी चाहिए।

प्रवेश प्रक्रिया:

उम्मीदवारों को "झारखंड संयुक्त प्रवेश प्रतियोगी परीक्षा बोर्ड" (JCECEB) झारखंड सरकार द्वारा आयोजित परीक्षा में उपस्थित होना है। परिणाम घोषित होने के बाद, उम्मीदवारों को काउंसलिंग के लिए बुलाया जाता है और उपलब्धता के अनुसार, उम्मीदवारों को उनकी पसंद के पाठ्यक्रम और संस्थान का चयन करने के लिए आवंटित किया जाता है। XIPT में अध्ययन करने के इच्छुक उम्मीदवारों को निम्नलिखित चरणों का पालन करना चाहिए:

JCECEB झारखंड द्वारा आयोजित पॉलिटेक्निक के लिए प्रवेश परीक्षा फॉर्म भरें।
JCECEB, झारखंड द्वारा आयोजित प्रवेश परीक्षा में नियमित और पार्श्व प्रवेश के लिए अलग से उपस्थित हों।
JCECEB, झारखंड द्वारा आयोजित ऑनलाइन काउंसलिंग के दौरान XIPT का विकल्प चुनें।

ओपन काउंसलिंग के माध्यम से प्रवेश:

रिक्त सीटों के विरूद्ध संस्थान में सरकारी प्रतिनिधि द्वारा काउंसलिंग की जाती है। जो उम्मीदवार प्रवेश परीक्षा फॉर्म भरने या प्रवेश परीक्षा में शामिल होने में विफल रहते हैं, उन्हें JCECEB द्वारा आयोजित ऑनलाइन / ऑफलाइन काउंसलिंग में शामिल होना है।

XIPT में प्रवेश के संबंध में सूचना:

इंजीनियरिंग में डिप्लोमा करने के लिए दो योजनाएँ हैं जिनके माध्यम से कोई भी प्रवेश ले सकता है। इन योजनाओं के लिए पात्रता मानदंड इस प्रकार हैं:

प्रथम वर्ष में प्रवेश (3-वर्षीय कार्यक्रम) - 10 वीं पास उम्मीदवार।
द्वितीय वर्ष (2-वर्षीय कार्यक्रम) में प्रवेश - I. Sc.(गणित) और ITI पास छात्र। इस योजना को लेटरल एंट्री भी कहा जाता है।

उम्मीदवार जो ऊपर वर्णित किसी भी योजना के माध्यम से इंजीनियरिंग में डिप्लोमा में प्रवेश लेना चाहते हैं, उन्हें नीचे दिए गए चरणों का पालन करना चाहिए:

प्रासंगिक प्रवेश योजनाओं के लिए सूचना विवरणिका के माध्यम से जाना चाहिए। (3 साल और 2 साल का कार्यक्रम)।
JCECEB द्वारा विज्ञापित प्रवेश परीक्षा के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र भरने से पहले। उम्मीदवार को पंजीकरण कराना होगा।
अनुसूची के अनुसार प्रवेश परीक्षा में उपस्थित हों।
जब परिणाम घोषित किया जाता है, तो प्रमुख समाचार पत्रों के माध्यम से मेरिट सूची के आधार पर परामर्श कार्यक्रम की घोषणा की जाती है। उम्मीदवारों को शेड्यूल के अनुसार ऑनलाइन काउंसलिंग में शामिल होना है।
ऑनलाइन काउंसलिंग में, उम्मीदवारों को संस्थानों और पाठ्यक्रमों / वरीयता शाखा के नाम का उल्लेख करना होता है, जिसके आधार पर उम्मीदवारों को सीटें आवंटित की जाती हैं।
अनुसूची के अनुसार, आवंटित संस्थान में प्रवेश के लिए आवंटन पत्र और रिपोर्ट का प्रिंट लेना होगा।
रिपोर्टिंग से पहले, उम्मीदवारों को प्रवेश प्रक्रिया को सुचारू रूप से पूरा करने के लिए संस्थान से आवश्यकताओं के बारे में पूछना चाहिए।
राज्य के कल्याण और अल्पसंख्यक विभागों और AICTE/ सरकार सहित अन्य स्रोतों से आरक्षित वर्ग (ST/SC/OBC) के नामांकित छात्रों के लिए छात्रवृत्ति उपलब्ध है। भारत की। भारत की।
